We want you to be fully satisfied with your Solos Smartglasses; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for all purchases made through our official store. To be eligible for a full refund, items must be returned in their original condition with all accessories, cables, and packaging included.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare the Package

    Securely pack your smartglasses and all original components in the original box to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside.

  • 3.
    Ship to Service Center

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

  • 4.
    Inspection and Refund

    Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and electronic functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
